Terms of Service

1. Operator and contact

The Service is operated by an individual, based in Armenia ("we", "us", "our"). Contact: support@paytopin.com.

2. What the Service is

PayToPin is a paid public ranking. You may pay to list a domain (a "pin") and to occupy the rank that amount can take, according to the public Rules on the board page. Listings are paid placements, not editorial reviews, endorsements, or independent rankings. A payment buys a rank at the time it is fulfilled — it does not buy traffic, clicks, a fixed duration at a given rank, or any particular result. Someone else can pay more and outrank you at any time. We may change, pause, or discontinue features, categories, or the ranking formula.

3. No accounts

PayToPin does not use accounts or logins. Whoever successfully pays for a domain controls its current listing (category and rank) until someone else outbids it. Because there is no login, we cannot verify that the person submitting a domain owns or represents it — see "Your warranties" below.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company, and "you" includes that company. You may not use the Service if you are prohibited from receiving services under applicable law, including trade sanctions.

5. Payments, Dodo Payments, and no refunds

Checkout is processed by Dodo Payments, acting as merchant of record. We do not collect or store card details. New pins start at a $5 minimum bid; taking the #1 spot costs at least $1 more than the current top bid. Amounts are priced in USD.

All payments are final and not refundable. Ranking placement is a digital service that begins as soon as payment is confirmed: the listing is created or the rank is raised, and the paid amount is counted on the public board immediately. By completing checkout you request that we start this digital service immediately and acknowledge that you lose any statutory right of withdrawal or cooling-off period to the extent the law allows that waiver. Where a mandatory consumer right cannot be waived, we honor it. See the full Refund Policy for exceptions.

A chargeback, payment dispute, or reversed payment without a legally required basis is a breach of these Terms; we may remove the associated listing and refuse future use of the Service.

6. Your warranties

By submitting a domain or payment, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the right to list that destination and send visitors there.
• The listing and destination comply with applicable law.
• You are not impersonating another person, brand, or company.
• The destination is not malware, phishing, a scam, or built to deceive visitors.

7. Content rules

• Query strings, referral tags and link shorteners are stripped or rejected.
• Adult content, chat/invite links, and pump-and-dump style tickers are not eligible.
• Illegal content or content facilitating illegal activity is not eligible.
• We may refuse, edit, recategorize, or remove any pin at any time, with or without notice, including where we believe these Terms or the law may have been broken — without refunding the associated payment.

8. Rights complaints

If you believe a listing infringes your rights or is unlawful, email support@paytopin.com with the listing's domain, the destination, and a description of the problem. We may remove or restrict the listing while we review the notice.

9. License and public display

You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, cache, and publicly display your listing (the domain, category, bid amount, and rank) for as long as needed to operate the Service. The board itself — its design, ranking logic, and the PayToPin name — is ours; you may not scrape it to build a competing ranking product.

10. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, and we do not endorse or vouch for any listed domain. Rank reflects payment only.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

12. Indemnity

You will defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and reasonable legal fees arising from your listing, your destination site, your payment or chargeback, or your breach of these Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, excluding conflict-of-law rules. If a mandatory local consumer-protection law applies to you and cannot be displaced, that law still protects you.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms as the product changes; the date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. For a payment already completed, the Terms in effect at checkout still apply to that payment.
