Privacy Policy

1. What we store

• Pin data — the domain you submit, its category, and the cumulative bid amount. This is public by design; it's the leaderboard itself.
• Bid history — an append-only record of each payment's amount and timestamp, used to power the "Today" ranking and give an audit trail for disputes.
• Payment records — a reference to each Dodo Payments checkout attempt (its status and Dodo's session/payment ID), plus a raw copy of the webhook payload Dodo sends us to confirm payment. That payload may include the email address and payment details you gave Dodo at checkout.

2. What we don't collect

We don't ask for your name or email on paytopin.com itself, and we don't use accounts, passwords, or tracking cookies.

3. Payment processing

Payments are handled entirely by Dodo Payments, acting as merchant of record. We never see or store your card details. Dodo collects and processes your payment information under its own privacy policy; we only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, plus the metadata described above.

4. Hosting and logs

The site is hosted on Railway, which may keep standard infrastructure logs (such as IP addresses and request timestamps) for security and reliability purposes.

5. Your rights

To ask what data we hold connected to a payment, or to request removal of a listing, contact support@paytopin.com. Note that removing a listing does not un-charge a completed payment — see our Refund Policy.

6. Changes

We may update this policy as the product changes; the date above reflects the latest revision.
