Refund & Cancellation Policy

All bids are final

A pin goes live the moment Dodo Payments confirms your payment. Because rank is purely a function of cumulative amount paid, and a bid immediately affects every other pin's relative rank on a public leaderboard, payments are not refundable once confirmed — there is no subscription to cancel and no delivery to reverse.

Exceptions

We will review and may issue a refund in these cases only:

• You were charged more than once for the same bid (duplicate/technical error).
• A payment succeeded but the pin was never applied due to a bug on our end.
• Fraudulent use of a payment method not authorized by the account holder.

To request a review, email support@paytopin.com within 14 days of the charge, including the domain you pinned and the approximate time of payment. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method through Dodo Payments and may take several business days to appear.

Removing a listing

If a pin is removed for violating our Rules, the associated payment is not refunded.
